The Farm Stay Marilà will enchant you thanks to its warm family hospitality and its attractive position. Our Farm Stay is framed between the sea of the Pontine Coast and Circeo promontory and it is surrounded by the greenery of the pristine natural park.
The Bed&Brekfast Marilà is just 1.8 kilometers distant from the clear blue sea of Sabaudia. It can be easily reached by a shuttle bus service or by bicycle provided by our Farm Stay. So you can bike towards the sandy dunes in unlimited freedom, surrounded by the scent of a lush countryside.
Thanks to its particularly advantageous position, Farm Stay Marilà will allow you to easily reach the fascinating and quaint villages of Agro Pontino, the magnificient, tipically medieval Abbey of Fossanova, the marvelous lake of Caprolace where you can discover over 250 specimen of birds living there! And that is not all yet. You can easily get to the reserve of the natural park of Circeo. Going to the south you may reach the breathtaking city of Naples, while northwards there is the eternal city of Rome, which will definitely make you wonder. The Farm Stay Marilà is a perfect starting point for your holiday, whichever direction you might want to go, whether it is sea, mountains, lakes or the most beautiful Italian cities!

Our Farm Stay is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden, where peace and harmony reigns in balance with the landscape. Inside you can find a large internal car park. In the garden of our Farm Stay there is a fresh and shady summerhouse where we will offer you a rich and genuine breakfast. Our breakfast is prepared on daily basis, you will taste our homemade jams, fruit and vegetables collected from nearby trees. We will also serve you freshly baked cakes and bisquits. You will enjoy the pleasure of discovering the unique taste and genuine flavours and you will be pleasantly surprised of how some simple ingredients, if wisely combined, can whet the appetite even of the most demanding taste.
The crafmanship of all our products gives us the possibility to offer you personalized breakfast, based on your food intolerances and special needs. Whatever your needs might me, we will prepare your breakfast with care and attention!
All rooms in our Bed&Breakfast have a large and spacious bathroom with shower stall, as well as TV, heating and air conditioning. In the common areas you can also use the free WiFi connection!
And if there is a small sized four-legged friend in your family, bring it with you. We will take care of your animals, too!

ROOMS
Double Room Single Use
This room is perfect to cosily accommodate a single guest. It is a comfortable and ideal place to relax after a long day of leisure or hard work.
Double Room
This intimate room will make you discover all the charm of a rustic and cosy environment. Furnished with beech furniture and decorated with wrought iron elements and a comfortable four-poster bed, it is perfect for a romantic stay!
Triple Room
In this rustic and well-finished room you will find the warmth and scent of beech wood furniture, a large wrought-iron bed and a comfortable single bed.
Quadruple Room
This room is fully furnished with antique beech furniture and well-tended with meticulous attention to detail. It can accommodate up to 5 people cosily arranged in a large double bed, a double French bed and the possibility to add another single bed.
Flats
All the flats are equipped with kitchen and terrace overlooking the garden. Every flat can easily accommodate up to 5 people and it will make you discover the taste of immersing yourself to the warmth of beech furniture and the scent of the surrounding countryside.

SERVICES
We have a convenient car park area protected by an electric gate. You will be given a remote control for all the duration of your stay.
You will have a possibility to use our bikes to enjoy the breathtaking views of Circeo Park and ride in complete freedom surrounded by the nature.
Our breakfast consists of homemade jams, home grown fruit and vegetables, biscuits, cakes and freshly baked bread. Products without eggs, milk and gluten are available on request.
Free WiFi connection and phone network coverage are available in the entire area of the Farm Stay.
It is our pleasure to have your small sized four-legged friends as our guests.
All flats have a self-contained kitchen. For all the other guests there is a large common kitchen equipped with all the kitchen utensils.
You can pay by credit or debit card of the major national and international circuits.
A fridge for cooling your drinks is available (you may also ask us to cool them for you).
There is a comfortable 32" LCD TV with DVB-T digital terrestrial in every accomodation.
There is at least one double bed in every accomodation. It is possible to add a travel cot on request for children under 4 years old.
Each accomodation has a large bathroom with a shower stall. If you want your towels to be changed, leave them on the floor. Hang them onto the hanger if you wish to continue using them.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Farm Stay buildings.
Air conditioner in the room will allow you to set the perfect temperature to make your stay in the room even more enjoyable.
RULES
Check-in/Check-Out
Stays start at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 11 a.m. on the day of departure, unless it is agreed in a different manner. Upon arrival, each guest is asked to present an identity document to the reception to permit the completion of the registration formalities.
Cleaning service
Bed&Breakfast carries out a daily room cleaning service only if the rooms are left free by 11.30 a.m.
Security
Our management is exempt from responsability for any personal items left unattended in the rooms or in the common areas. It will be the responsability of the guests to keep valuable personal items safe, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Our gests are warned not to remove or ruin any objects inside the rooms and in the common areas of our Bread&Breakfast.
Strangers
We kindly ask our guests to communicate to the mamagement the presence of their friends and relatives during the day. At night the presence of stangers is strictly forbidden.

Booking Cancellation or Change
A security deposit of 30% of total amount will be required at the moment of booking. This amount will be fully refunded in case of booking cancellation or change within a week before the arrival. in case of booking cancellation ar change within less than a week to arrival, no refund will be given.
